Article 12.2 and 13: Reviews and approves/denies applications for professional development requests

Bylaws: Review and recommend updates to HCEA’s governing procedures

Family Crisis Leave Exchange: Approves applications for FCLE usage

Government Relations: Influence public policy at the local and state level

Human & Civil Rights: Organizing, Empowering, and supporting ethnically diverse and underrepresented educators and students.

Involuntary Transfers (MOU): Provide ideas to help improve the  involuntary (surplus) transfer process for FY22.

Membership: Supporting, attracting, and retaining,  new membership

Minority Affairs: Unites individuals, organizations and communities concerned about the lack of racial, cultural, and linguistic diversity in education.

Nominations, Elections & Credentials: Ensure elections of all local and affiliate positions are properly conducted.

Organizing: Lead campaigns that organize members around urgent issues facing educators

Professional Standards and Practice: Provide feedback towards updating ESP evaluations and implementing the Blueprint

Sick Leave Bank: Reviews and approves/denies applications for sick leave bank grant requests.
